This seldom seen Baume & Mercier has a matte black “T-SWISS MADE-T” signed dial that is in pristine condition, free of any scratching, tool marks, chipping or defects. Please note that there is some dust/debris on the underbelly of the crystal and to a lesser degree the dial. The tritium, which remains fully intact and emits a quick-burst glow on the dial only after being exposed to bright light, has aged nicely. The black bezel, which rotates very stiffly, presents beautifully. The all stainless steel case is in excellent condition showing minor wear and very light signs of oxidation. The outer edge of the case back is stamped “STAINLESS STEEL AUTOMATIC SWISS MADE SKIN DIVER 12 ATMOSPHERES WATERPROOF INCABLOC” with some difficult to read number stamped along the inner edge. The inside of the case back is stamped “MODELE” followed by MLB. The crystal shows light crazing and scratching as well as some dust/debris on its underbelly. The quickset date function works flawlessly by manually rolling over a new date and then repeatedly moving the hour hand between the 20.5 and 24 hour marks until the desired date has been reached. After recently winding the sharply threaded, non-screwdown crown 39 full revolutions the movement had an impressive power reserve of approximately 43 hours. The crown winds smoothly. Given that this watch is more than 45 years old and considering that the movement appears to have been last serviced in 1986 (the lone etching “3-29-86 ABE” on the inside of the case back is likely a watchmaker service marking) a complete overhaul is recommended. This watch measures approximately 34 mm excluding the crown, approximately 37.5 mm including the crown and approximately 20 mm between the lugs. Case thickness, measured from the bottom of the case back to the top of the bezel, is approximately 8 mm. Including the crystal case thickness measures approximately 10.5 mm. Given the vintage nature of this watch and considering that the movement appears to have been last serviced more than 33 years ago a complete overhaul is recommended. After winding the crown I’ve found it necessary to gently spin the watch face down on a soft, flat surface in order to jump-start the movement. Once it gets going I’ve observed the movement keep accurate time over an approximate 38 hour power reserve period. This vintage 1976 Bulova Caravelle diver has a gray dial that is in pristine condition, free of any visibly noticeable scratching, tool marks, chipping or defects. In my humble opinion it presents much better in person than in the pictures. The original lume on the dial and hands, which emits a quick-burst glow after being exposed to bright light, has aged to a perfectly matching warm buttermilk hue. The bezel , which should rotate but does not likely due to gunk buildup underneath , has aged to a lovely pink and black color combination. The beautifully cut all stainless steel case is in excellent condition showing minor wear and no signs of oxidation. The inside of the case back is stamped “Q 106″ followed by “CARAVELLE WATCH DIVISION, “BULOVA WATCH CO. The crystal shows scratching and some dust/debris on its underbelly. The 17 jewels unadjusted “II DP” and “N 5″ stamped manual wind movement is clean and keeps accurate time. After winding the sharply threaded, non-screwdown crown 35 full revolutions the movement had an impressive power reserve of approximately 38 hours. This seldom seen vintage Silvana has an orange “T SWISS MADE T” signed dial that is in pristine condition, free of any scratching, tool marks, chipping or defects. The lume on the dial and hands, which remains fully intact and emits a momentary glow before quickly dissipating, has aged to an orange hue. While under high magnification the lume on the hour hand appears to be a slight shade lighter than the patina on the minute hand and dial, in person this subtle difference is nearly visually imperceptible. The black bezel, which rotates smoothly bidirectionally, presents as near pristine with the lume pip complementing the patina on the dial and hands perfectly. The all stainless steel case, which appears to have retained its original brushed satin finish to the top of the mid-case and sharp chamfers, is in excellent condition showing minor wear with no signs of oxidation. The outer edge of the case back is stamped “WATERPROOF 20 ATU SWISS MADE INCABLOC ANTIMAGNETIC STAINLESS STEEL” with “10824” stamped along the inner edge. The inside of the case back is stamped 2352196. The crystal looks great. This vintage 1974 Caravelle has a matte black dial that is in pristine condition, free of any visibly noticeable scratching, tool marks, chipping or defects. The vibrant orange seconds hand complements the dial and patina beautifully. The bezel, which rotates a bit stiffly bidirectionally, is in excellent condition as is the jet black insert. The heavy duty all stainless steel case shows minor wear with the exception of a ding on the chamfer above the bottom right lug. The case shows no signs of oxidation. The outer edge of the case back is stamped “CARAVELLE SHOCK RESISTANT WATER-RESISTANT TO 666 FEET STAINLESS STEEL ANTI MAGNETIC” with “N 4″ stamped along the inner edge. FOR REPAIR – while the date and time can be set without issue and the crown wound, the movement does not run. Given its unknown service history a complete overhaul is required. This vintage Marshall Field & Company diver has a black “SWISS” signed dial that is in pristine condition, free of any visibly noticeable scratching, tool marks, chipping or defects. In my humble opinion at certain angles and under various lighting conditions the dial has tropical brown undertones. The original lume on the dial and hands, which remains fully intact and emits a quick-burst glow after being exposed to bright light, has aged to a warm buttermilk hue. The bezel rotates bidirectionally and looks good with the color of the inverted triangle complementing the patina on the dial and hands nicely. The heavy duty all stainless steel case shows minor wear with no visibly noticeable dents, dings or oxidation. The outer edge of the case back is stamped “ALL STAINLESS STEEL INCABLOC SWISS 511″ with “20 ATMOS” stamped in the center. The inside of the case back is stamped “ZILA” followed by “WATCH CO” and SWISS. While the integrity of the crystal appears to be intact it should be replaced. The 17 jewels unadjusted Swiss “MARSHALL FIELD & COMPANY” stamped ETA 2772 automatic movement with quickset date function is clean (shows what looks like possible oxidation on the oscillating weight) but does not run. This is a beautifully preserved vintage Breitling 81950 Chronomat in near NOS condition with only very light storage marks. Even the anti-glare coating on the crystal is intact. Made in circa 1987. Automatic movement caliber 13. 40 hours of power reserve. Function: Date, Chronograph, Tachymeter. 40 mm steel case without the screwed crown. Fully functional, no issues. I couldnt open it with a soft ball and didnt want to put a hard tool to the back cover. Vintage Caravelle Day-Date Pilot Watch withMint Dial, Patina, Divers All SS Case

This vintage Caravelle has a pristine matte black “T SWISS T” signed dial that is free of any visible scratches, tool marks, chipping or defects. The original tritium on the dial and hands, which remains fully intact, has aged to a perfectly matching warm and inviting golden buttermilk patina. The seconds hand is unique, tipped with what appears to be an airplane. While the tritium on the dial no longer glows after being exposed to bright light the tritium on the hands emits a quick-burst glow that dissipates quickly. The bezel, which rotates smoothly bidirectionally, is in near mint condition and the inverted triangle has retained its original lume that has gracefully aged to a butterscotch hue. The massive all stainless steel case is in wonderful shape showing very little wear and free of any visibly significant dents or dings. The outside of the case back is stamped CARAVELLE – WATER RESISTANT AUTOMATIC STAINLESS STEEL. While the integrity of the top hat crystal appears intact it is significantly scratched and should be replaced if for no other reason than to bring out the beauty of the dial and patina. The case back shows no signs of ever having been removed and is torqued to tightly for me risk causing damage. And considering that this watch keeps as good of time as any watch I’ve owned with an incredible power reserve, the reward of showing the movement is outweighed by the risk of doing so. The quickset date function works flawlessly by manually rolling over a new date and then moving the hour hand repeatedly between the 20.5 and 24 hour marks until the desired date has been reached. After winding the non-screwdown crown 39 full revolutions the movement had a healthy power reserve of approximately 41 hours. Given that this watch is approximately 45 years old and considering that it has an unknown service history (given that the case back shows no signs of ever having been removed and that it is torqued to what feels like factory specs, it’s probable that the movement has never been serviced), a complete overhaul is suggested. This watch measures approximately 42 mm excluding the crown, approximately 43.5 mm including the crown and approximately 20 mm between the lugs. Case thickness, measured from the bottom of the case back to the top of the bezel, is approximately 9.5 mm. Including the crystal thickness measures approximately 11.5 mm. Although the movement runs strong and keeps near perfect time, given the vintage nature of this watch and that is likely has never been serviced, a complete overhaul is recommended. As such there are no warranties, express or implied, attached with the sale of this watch. Vintage means old and while my personal belief is that old-school means better quality and workmanship, things can and do go wrong from time to time. Any servicing costs going forward are your responsibility. And please study the 12 high magnification pictures carefully, which were taken in natural light and from various angles, as they are part of the description and serve as an accurate representation of the condition of this watch. Vintage Wittnauer Geneve Diver withMint Dial, Orange Patina, All SS Case, Runs Strong

This Wittnauer Geneve 4000 has a matte black “T SWISS T” signed dial that is in pristine condition, free of any scratching, tool marks, chipping or defects. The original lume, which remains fully intact and no longer emits a glow after being exposed to bright light, has aged gracefully to an orange hue. The original stainless steel bezel, which does not rotate likely due to gunk buildup underneath , looks good. The all stainless steel case shows wear with no visible signs of oxidation. The outside of the case back is stamped “STAINLESS STEEL” with “WITTNAUER WATCH CO INC, “”SWISS” and “C 11 KS – 1 4000″ stamped on the inside of the case back. The crystal should be replaced. The 17 jewels unadjusted Swiss WITTNAUER WATCH Co. The quickset date function works flawlessly by repeatedly pressing firmly in on the crown until the desired date has been reached. An alternate quickset date function can be utilized by manually rolling over a new date and then repeatedly moving the hour hand between the 20 and 24 hour marks until the desired date has been reached. After recently winding the sharply threaded, non-screwdown replacement crown 38 full revolutions (impressive for a manual wind) the movement had a solid power reserve of approximately 42 hours. The crown winds smoothly. Given that this watch is more than 45 years and considering that the movement shows no clear signs of ever having been serviced (there are no visible watchmaker service markings on the inside of the case back) a complete overhaul is recommended. This watch measures approximately 37 mm excluding the crown, approximately 41 mm including the crown and approximately 19.5 mm between the lugs. Case thickness, measured from the bottom of the case back to the top of the bezel, is approximately 8 mm. Including the crystal case thickness measures approximately 10 mm. While the movement runs strong and keeps accurate time, given that the movement shows no signs of ever having been serviced a complete overhaul is recommended to keep it running strong. As such there are no warranties, express or implied, attached with the sale of this watch.
