While the movement runs strong it does run about 4 minutes fast over its approximate 41 hour power reserve period. Given this and considering that the movement shows no clear signs of ever having been serviced a complete overhaul is recommended. This seldom seen vintage 1973 Bulova Snorkel day-date diver has a matte black “T SWISS T” signed dial that is in pristine condition, free of any scratching, tool marks, chipping or defects. Any imperfections seen are on the crystal not the dial. The original lume, which remains fully intact and emits a quick-burst glow after being exposed to bright light, has aged to a perfectly matching warm buttermilk hue. The black bezel, which rotates bidirectionally with an appropriate amount of tension, presents nicely. The all stainless steel case shows moderate wear with very minor signs of oxidation. The outer edge of the case back is stamped “BULOVA STAINLESS STEEL 666 FEET” with “446881” and “N3″ stamped in the center. The inside of the case back is stamped “R/” followed by “7515” and SWISS. The crystal should be replaced as it shows significant scratching, gouging and chipping. The quickset date function works flawlessly by manually rolling over a new date and then moving the hour hand repeatedly between the 20 and 24 hour marks until the desired date has been reached. After winding the original “BULOVA” signed non-screwdown crown 39 full revolutions the movement was running about 4 minutes fast by the end of its approximate 41 hour power reserve period. Given that the movement runs a bit fast and considering that it shows no clear signs of ever having been serviced (there are no visible watchmaker service markings on the inside of the case back or on the movement) a complete overhaul is recommended. This watch measures approximately 37 mm excluding the crown, approximately 40.5 mm including the crown and approximately 19 mm between the lugs. Case thickness, measured from the bottom of the case back to the top of the bezel, is approximately 9.5 mm. Including the crystal thickness measures approximately 12.5 mm. Given that the movement runs a bit fast and considering that it has likely never been serviced a complete overhaul is recommended. As such there are no warranties, express or implied, attached with the sale of this watch. Vintage means old and while my personal belief is that old-school means better quality and workmanship, things can and do go wrong from time to time. This is a Burton Mystery Air Vintage Craig Kelly Snowboard. Comes with original Burton Air Freestyle bindings that are made in Italy. It measures approximately 62 1/4 inches long end to end. Bindings are size Med Large with an attached Burton yellow strap. From a local storage unit. Cosmetics-Clean overall for its age. It would make a pretty nice display item. Some edge and general surface wear. A few longer edge chipped areas in the covering. Looks like it was used but generally cared for otherwise. Some dirt residue from sitting in storage. The binding bodies are solid overall. The upper straps though are brittle, cracked, and falling apart. One is mostly gone and has just a detached partial chunk left. See lots of photos of what you are getting. Great for your collection. Includes the snowboard, bindings with 9 mount screws, and attached short yellow strap seen seen above. Nothing else is included. I will be sending the bindings in a separate box to better protect them and more ergonomically pack the snowboard. That is a requirement for an item of this value. This seldom seen vintage Waltham day-date has a matte gray “T SWISS T” signed dial that is in pristine condition, free of any visibly noticeable scratching, tool marks, chipping or defects. The original lume, which remains fully intact and no longer glows after being exposed to bright light, has aged to a perfectly matching buttermilk hue. This black bezel, which does not rotate likely due to gunk buildup underneath , looks great. The all stainless steel case shows minor wear and oxidation. The outside of the case back is stamped ALL STAINLESS STEEL CASE – SWISS WALTHAM. ” The inside of the case back is stamped “WALTHAM WATCH” followed by “COMPANY SWISS” and “B – 341. The crystal should be replaced as it shows scratching and frosting. The 17 jewels unadjusted Swiss “WALTHAM WATCH Co” stamped manual wind movement with quickset date function runs strong and keeps accurate time with both the day and date wheels rolling over as they should. The quickset date function works flawlessly by manually rolling over a new date and then moving the hour hand repeatedly between the 20 and 24 hour marks until the desired date has been reached. After recently winding the Waltham signed non-screwdown crown 35 full revolutions the movement had an impressive 41 hour power reserve period. The crown winds beautifully. Given the movement’s unknown service history (while there are no visible watchmaker service markings on the inside of the case back there is some scratching on the movement) a complete overhaul is recommended. This watch measures approximately 36 mm excluding the crown, approximately 39 mm including the crown and approximately 20 mm between the lugs. Case thickness, measured from the bottom of the case back to the top of the bezel, is approximately 8.5 mm. Including the crystal thickness measures 11 mm. Although the movement is currently running strong and keeping accurate time, given its unknown service history a complete overhaul is recommended.
