There are some scuffs and scratches on the tops and bindings that would be expected from use. The bases have some scratches but nothing core deep. There is no damage. The bindings can be adjusted to fit all common boot sizes. Please view images for the most accurate representation of physical condition. I always try to include pics of the worst examples of any wear. Binding indemnification status unknown. Adjusting the DIN setting is very easy and requires only a screwdriver and a chart that can be found online. I have no say in the cost.
