A little snug for me in the hips / butt and BARELY fits me in the chest/back, too (45.5 chest with nothing on), and a little long for my preference, too. There’s a size chart in the photos which I think is accurate, I just got fat. If you are a slender athletic build, especially a taller one (I’m 5 foot 11 with a short torso), this would fit perfect. It’s lightly insulated, has a removable powder skirt, tons of pockets, a huge hood (that fits over even my huge helmet), pit zips that have a snow mesh when unzipped, a burly fabric with a little bit of stretch to it. It’s a pretty awesome jacket, I’m really bummed the fit just doesn’t suit my dad bod. Measures 22.5 inches from pit to pit across the chest (on the outside), and 22.75 inches at the hem / hips.
